In Indonesia, recording activities of bankruptcy’s countable list by a curator are very limited when the conduct of legal proceedings pertaining to some intangible assets especially when we talk about Intellectual Property Right (IPR) from the submitted party of bankruptcy. Even though IPR is an asset the most potential while running business activities. Among the IPR another regime, copyright considered the most striking in assigning its economic value. The monetization of IPR especially copyright may be done by means of economic reckon rights of objects in the number of his rewards or royalty received by copyright holders.
